Mint Chocolate Christmas Cocktail
All calorie counting is irrelevant over the festive season right?!
Now we’re on the same page this mint chocolate Christmas cocktail is sooooooo good it’ll even satisfy you for dessert, particularly when adding an edible mint chocolate drink stirrer and macaron for good measure.
I served it at our Gal’s Christmas Gift Wrapping Party and they went down a treat!
The fact that it’s even mint green in colour is just as exciting in my book…
You will need (for 4):
Glasses (I used champagne coupe/saucers)
Irish Cream Liqueur (Baileys is the most well known) – 200ml
Creme de Menthe – 75ml
Mint chocolate sticks (I used Matchmakers)
Grated chocolate
Mini baubles
Macarons
Simply mix the liqueur and Creme de Menthe together in a jug, stir and pour into the glasses. Add a chocolate stick to each glass, hang a mini bauble off each and add a macaron to the rim. Sprinkle some grated chocolate to garnish. Delish!
