We aim to send out your order within 3 working days from receipt of the order unless there are items on pre-order, in which case the parcel won’t be sent until the pre order item arrives. If you wish to receive the rest straight away please create two separate transactions.
Items are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail to UK delivery addresses or via courier depending on the size of the parcel and we cannot guarantee how quickly those items will be delivered.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands).
You must inform us within 14 working days of your order if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Parcels not collected from your local depot due to missed delivery and subsequently returned to us can be reshipped at your own cost. Parcels returned to us diminishes your right to a full refund and reshipping.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by Royal Mail is sufficient evidence that goods have been received.
Overseas orders – delivery times will be quoted, along with a specific quote for the delivery charge (taxes/custom charges must be covered by the receiver) . For overseas please contact us for a transport quote.
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, simply return to us in an unused condition within 14 days of purchase and, as long as the goods are in perfect condition, we will refund you for the value of the goods.
