Pomegranate Fizz Christmas Cocktail
It’s that time of year when the diet goes out the window and the entertaining begins – surely that’s why it’s the most wonderful time of the year?!
After being invited to the most incredible Christmas event by Yankee Candle and smelling their divine Alpine Christmas Collection including ‘Pomegranate Fizz’, I decided to make the Pomegranate Fizz Christmas Cocktail to match (any excuse).

For two people you will need:
25ml gin
50ml pomegranate juice
Bottle of prosecco
Pomegranate Seeds
Candy canes
Glasses (I’m a bit in love with champagne coupes)
To make:
Simply share the gin & pomegranate juice between the two glasses then top with prosecco. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and top with candy candy for a fun festive touch! I laid them across the coupe glasses but if you’re using other glasses and this doesn’t work, try hanging the canes from the rim for a similar effect.
So simple and yet so delish.
