How To Make a Charcuterie Board Salami Rose

Salami roses are a perfect way to bring a sense of occasion to your charcuterie board, particularly around Valentine’s Day and the Christmas season. They’re look so pretty and effective, yet they’re super easy to make. Prepare to wow your guests and loved ones!…

You will need:

A wine glass

A pack of salami (per rose) – thinly sliced round pieces

A charcuterie board (the marble heart board is from my own kitchenware collection)

How To Make a Charcuterie Board Salami Rose:

Fold each salami piece over the rim of the wine glass, overlapping them and working your way around the rim systematically.

I used a pack of salami which went around the glass twice and you want to reach a point where there’s only a small hole left in the middle of the glass.

Once you’ve done this you’ll be able to check the formation of the ‘rose’ by looking up inside the glass, then simply turn the glass upside down onto the charcuterie board and voila, you have a perfectly formed salami rose that will bring the wow factor for your guests.

I added cheese, including brie with a cranberry sauce heart on top (I used a small spoon to create the shape), strawberries and raspberries, pretzels, nuts and crackers. You could add rosemary, olives and grapes to bring some green to the mix.

Doesn’t it look so appetising?!
