If you’re entertaining and want to offer your guests a refreshing cocktail that is delicious but not too strong in alcohol, these gorgeous cloudy apple, elderflower and prosecco cocktails with mint garnish are sure to fit the bill and work all year round.
All you need is:
A bottle of prosecco or champagne
A shot of elderflower cordial
Cloudy apple juice
Mint garnish
Champagne flutes or cocktail glasses
First half-fill your glasses with cloudy apple juice, then add a shot glass full of elderflower cordial.
Top up the rest of the glass with prosecco or champagne before adding a sprig of mint to garnish.
Delicious! And perfect for day-time entertaining too as they’re a lot lighter than glasses of pure fizz. #winner
