KEL HARMER, PORTISHEAD, UK
Once upon a time there was a little girl who loved adding stencils to her bedroom furniture, writing stories and party planning…
With a genuine obsession for all things styling and a creative brain like no other, Kelly Harmer is the force behind Oh So Kel.
With a background as Head of Events for a large venue then Head of Marketing, followed by the launch of Oh So Kel, Kel’s visions and concepts are unique and beautiful when it comes to designing and styling – she has an impeccable eye for detail and believes you can create stunning decor that doesn’t cost earth through a little imagination and DIY details. Kel is always developing new and exciting creative ideas that bring dreams to life.
Kel is partial to pastel tones, boho decor, the odd glass of gin and delicious smelling candles. She is known to her family as the ‘faffer’ because accessories are always being re-styled at home and she is forever DIY-ing. Kel is mummy to two gorgeous girlies and they love getting creative together.
After losing her best friend suddenly and at the same time going back to work from maternity leave to a job she didn’t love, Oh So Kel was born out of a realisation that life really is too short to not fulfil your dreams.
Kel thrives on giving people the tools, ideas, inspiration and belief that they can create stunning and successful decor using touches of DIY and creativity that doesn’t break the bank.
